Charlotte E. Viener has been practicing law since October 1998. She is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, TN where she received a degree in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in 1998. Ms. Viener also studied at St. John’s College in Oxford.
In 2002, Ms. Viener opened her own law practice concentrating solely in the area of Immigration law. Since then she has successfully represented clients in removal proceedings involving asylum, cancellation of removal and crime-triggered immigration litigation. In addition to litigation and removal defense, she also regularly handles family and employment based applications before USCIS and the AAU. Her clients range from domestic and international corporations to individuals and families.
Prior to forming her own law practice, Ms. Viener was an Associate with Braden, Gonzalez and Associates. While in law school, she also clerked for LA State Supreme Court Justice Jeanette Knoll. She is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
